These terms govern your use of CADDE Internships (the "platform"), on the web and in our mobile app. By creating an account, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

Who can use CADDE

CADDE is for Ghanaian university students seeking internships and for employers (businesses and organizations) offering them. You must provide accurate information when you register, including a working phone number, and keep your account credentials secure. Every employer account is personally reviewed before its listings can go live, to keep the platform trustworthy for students.

The offer-acceptance fee

When a student accepts an internship offer, a one-time platform fee is paid to CADDE, never to the employer, through our payment processor Paystack (card or mobile money, inside the app). Any listing or message asking a student to pay an employer directly (to apply, interview, or be hired) is not legitimate and should be reported immediately from within the app.

Account responsibilities

• Students: keep your CV and profile accurate; don't misrepresent your qualifications.
• Employers: post genuine internship opportunities; don't request payment from applicants, and complete business verification honestly if you submit for it.
• Everyone: don't use CADDE to harass, defraud, or impersonate another person or organization.

No guarantee of outcome

CADDE helps connect students and employers and provides AI-generated match scores as a decision aid, not a guarantee. We don't guarantee that any application will result in an interview, offer, or successful placement.

Prohibited conduct

You may not: post false or misleading listings or profiles; solicit payment from a student outside the platform's fee process; upload malicious files or content you don't have the right to share; or attempt to circumvent the platform's verification, fee, or messaging rules.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, is used fraudulently, or is reported and confirmed as a scam listing. You can stop using CADDE and ask us to delete your account at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We'll update the effective date above when we do.
